We are looking for a skilled Game Balance Analyst who loves gaming and is ready to join our team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

📌Calculating and adjusting the balance of game economy and mechanics
📌Evaluating the current balance, optimizing and/or improving it
📌Analytics and suggestions for game features
📌Analyze to make sure it matches our intentions
📌Work jointly with the project team
📌Evaluating and measuring A/B testing results and trends among players
📌Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of the products

What kind of professional are we looking for?

✔️Strong math skills
✔️3+ years of experience in product analytics in the Online/Gaming industry
✔️Strong SQL and Excel knowledge
✔️Advanced knowledge in statistical tools will be an advantage
✔️High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️High level of verbal and written English
