Game Mechanics Design: Create engaging and innovative game mechanics and features.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive game design documentation, including design briefs, wireframes, and prototypes;
Collaboration: Work closely with development and art teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality gaming experience;
Level Design: Create and balance game levels to provide a fun and challenging experience for players;
Playtesting: Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on game design based on client and user input;
Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and integrate new ideas and technologies into your designs;
Process Improvement: Continuously refine game design processes and methodologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience: 5+ years as a Game Designer with at least one released (live) product;
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript or Python is a plus, enhancing the ability to work closely with development teams;
Documentation Skills: Expert in crafting comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) and describing algorithms, including complex calculations and formulas;
Feature Ownership: Passionate about developing and taking full ownership of specific game features;
Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, fostering clear collaboration across teams;
Language Skills: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
