We are looking for a Support Manager who will not just respond to players, but conduct in-depth issue investigations, work with game data, and collaborate with the development team.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of support and the technical team. It is important not only to communicate effectively but also to understand the root causes of incidents in order to assist our players.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Handle player inquiries and conduct investigations into complex cases
Analyze logs and database data
Use internal tools (Unity editor tools) to review accounts and adjust data
Work with server-side commands (granting rewards, profile adjustments, guild invitations, bans, etc.)
Collaborate with development and QA teams on bug reports
Participate in managing the Discord community, prepare announcements and changelogs for players
Collect and structure user feedback
Update the game knowledge base — FAQ, guides, and internal instructions
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 1 year of experience in technical support (GameDev preferred)
Strong communication skills across diverse users, including in challenging situations
Experience working with ticketing systems
Experience investigating complex cases (not just communication, but root cause analysis)
Ability to analyze logs and structure information
Basic understanding of client-server architecture
Technical mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to work with game data
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
What is nice to have?
Experience in GameDev
Experience working with Unity
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience with admin tools or internal dashboards
Experience moderating gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.)
Understanding of game mechanics and live-service projects
