VFX Artist

Frogwares is looking for a VFX Artist.

What are you working on?

• The name of the project(s): The Sinking City 2
• Platforms: PC, Console

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creation of consistently eye-catching, real-time VFX using 2D/3D packages and in-engine FX systems;

• Creation of special/post process effects for gameplay mechanics, scenes, environment, cutscenes;

• Applying effects to environment and gameplay to create a desired atmosphere;

• VFX profiling and optimization;

• Extensive communication with designer, art, and engineering teams when working on features to provide best VFX for the specified use case;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience with Unreal Engine, and its particle systems as Niagara as well as materials and blueprints;

• Good communication skills;

• Proficient in spoken English at an intermediate level or higher;

Will be a plus

• Good knowledge of 3D and 2D asset pipelines;

• Professional experience in any DCC app (3ds Max/Maya, Photoshop, Substance Designer, Houdini).
